History and partnerships

123saunas.com is owned by two Canadian brothers named Stephen and Michael Ducharme. The company was founded by Michael Ducharme and Tony Brechkow in 1997. 123saunas.com has strategic alliances, including dealings with Saunatec P.L.C., based in Finland and the United States, and is owned by American Health Inc., an international company focused on North America, with offices in Panama City. 123saunas.com works with its partner site 123steam.com. (The name American Health Inc will appear on your credit card statement.)

Stephen Ducharme, co-owner, president and sales manager. Stephen holds a degree in arts from the University of Windsor (Ontario) and a degree in Marketing from Northwood University (Michigan). Prior to joining American Health Inc., Stephen was the new car sales manager at Sarnia Fine Cars, specializing in BMW, Jaguar and Land Rover. He has travelled extensively across the world to learn first-hand about the world's best saunas and the companies that produce them. Call Stephen any day at extension 100.

Michael Ducharme, co-owner of 123saunas.com, was named Young Entrepreneur of the Year by the Windsor Chamber of Commerce. He also received an Outstanding Business Achievement Award from the Ontario Chamber of Commerce. Michael is responsible for developing this Web site and he is personally available to customers 24 hours per day at extension 110. He is fluent in English, French and Spanish.

Valeria Domingo handles customer service issues including freight quotes, package tracking and customs clearance. She speaks English and Italian. Extension 101.

Tony Brechkow is the retired co-founder of 123saunas.com. He partnered his mechanical/engineering expertise with Michael Ducharme's expertise in Internet technologies nearly a decade ago. You will find him throughout the site offering straight advice on the technical aspects of sauna construction. Other than English, Tony speaks some Russian, Ukranian and Polish.
