Standard Heater Warranty
Saunatec and 123saunas.com warrants these products to be free from defects in material and workmanship and agrees to remedy any such defect.
  • Residential use has a 5 year warranty; first year all parts and labour, 2nd to 5th year a $65.00 service charge will apply for repairs of the heating unit only, from the date of original purchase. Excludes: thermostat, timer, pilot light, and contractor.

  • Residential heaters used for commercial purposes have a one (1) year limited warranty.
This warranty does not apply outside the boundaries of the United States or Canada, or to any product which, in our sole opinion, has been improperly installed, or subject to willful abuse, misuse, alteration and shipping damages during the period of coverage. Postage and handling charges of the product to and from 123saunas.com for warranty repairs and for any related charges for the installation/removal of these products are NOT included in your warranty. Warranty service can be obtained by sending your product to 123saunas.com (call 800 641 0173). Warranty repairs must be done only by 123saunas.com. Proof of purchase and a serial number of the product will be required before any services are performed.

NOTE: Service charges may apply per individual warranty visit.

Return Policy
At 123saunas.com, you will find only excellent quality saunas, heaters and accessories. Everything we offer is chosen to live up to this standard. All products are fully guaranteed against defect, faulty workmanship and loss through shipping.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase within the first ten (10) days, you may return it for a refund or immediate replacement.

Please note that products must be returned in the state you received them. A small 10% restocking fee on the value of the order will be applied when returning the goods to us. Shipping fees are not included in the refund or the restocking calculation.
