I have had fibromyalgia pain for about a decade. The sauna I bought from 123saunas.com has been of great benefit to me. When I am aching and just need a chance to rid myself of some of the stiffness and pain, I just turn on my sauna steamer pot timer and within 10 to 15 minutes the steam is ready for me. I unzip the stylish looking tent and sit down comfortably in my chair for one of the best relaxation experiences around. The warm steam gets my muscles relaxed and helps melt some of the pain away. I sleep well after a sauna.

Another thing I love about my sauna is that it does not take much space and when I move I just fold it up in my car and take it wherever I go. It is lightweight and made of a bright blue nylon fabric with white trim so it is pleasing to look at. It is one of the best purchases I have made since it is so convenient and it costs only a few cents a day to enjoy a sauna in the privacy of my own home. it is small enough that I have even been able to use it in a camper and the zippers allow me to hold a book and read as I take my sauna, if I decide to.

I even use the sauna with ozone and have never seen any breakdown of any of the materials used in the sauna. Though for ozone use, I do leave out the upper aluminum wire frame and substitute a plastic tube, which is safer for ozone use. A portable sauna I bought for use with the ozone machine used to give off an awful odor and mold would accumulate on the sides of the tent but I have never had any difficulty with using ozone with my nylon portable sauna.

I also highly recommend the management at 123saunas.com as even when I misunderstood their payment method, which resulted in a delay of payments to them, they were gracious and worked to help me correct the problem in a very positive and considerate fashion. It is a great company and a terrific product everyone could benefit from.
