  • Shipping & Delivery

    We keep 1000's of items on hand in our massive warehouses. We strive to process and ship out your order by the next business day. When your order ships you will be notified by email with the tracking information. We ship all of our products with pride to ensure that your order arrives safely.

    Larger items such as, commercial sauna heaters, wood burning sauna stoves, sauna doors, pre-built saunas as well as sauna kits can only be shipped to a facility with a loading dock capable of accommodating a 53-foot tractor trailer truck.  We are unable to ship these larger items to any residential addresses or any address without a loading dock.  If for any reason that we have difficulty shipping a product a team member will contact you, to make alternate arrangements. If you are concerned about your order, you can always contact us. Your order can be delivered to a shipping terminal close to you or a designated commercial shipping address with loading dock capable of accommodating a 53 foot truck.

    Please include any special delivery instruction in the orders comments.

    Every item shipped is inspected and carefully packaged to arrive safely. Most shipments arrive on time and without issue. Although rare, damage in transit can occur.

    Please carefully inspect all items upon arrival. Note on the Bill of Lading (Delivery Receipt) any damaged/missing products.

    Please notify us of any damages and we will gladly work with you to file a claim. In order to get a claim result faster we will need your delivery receipt with noted damaged/missing products.

  • Returns & Replacements

    Your satisfaction is important to us. Custom Sized Sauna Heaters, Custom Built Steam Generators, Custom Cut Sauna Kits, Pre-Built Saunas or special orders may not be returned, all sales are final.  All returns must be in their original unopened as well as factory sealed box and claims must be made within ten (10) days of the purchase.  All returns will be charged a 20% restocking fee and all shipping costs are Non-Refundable. To start the return process, contact our service department at 866.918.9941 and request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, no return can be accepted without an RMA number. Our service team will guide you through the simple return process by advising you on: shipping materials, properly labeling your return and choosing the right company to send your order back to us.

We are committed to keeping your personal and financial data secure. Our checkout process uses 256-bit Secure Sockets Layer encryption, the same technology online banking uses to ensure that the data you enter is kept private.

    We will NOT use your E-Mail address for any further promotions unless you sign up for our Newsletter. We respect your privacy and refuse to fill your inbox with useless spam. We will only use your E-Mail to send your order confirmation, tracking information, invoice and follow up on support issues.

    When buying items online it can be a frustrating process. We have tried to include as much information as we can to help you in your sauna purchase but understand you may have more questions. We are available 9am - 9pm EST to help get you the right parts to build the perfect sauna room. We proudly support every item we sell so you can shop knowing we will be there for you BEFORE and AFTER your purchase.

  • Payment, Pricing & Promotions

    This store, and its parent company American Health Inc., will place funds on hold on your credit card at the time of the order. It's only when we ship an item that we actually charge your credit card. We will send an invoice to the E-Mail you listed at the time of your order when your product ships.

    With 1000's of items in our warehouse even our dedicated team sometimes makes mistakes. We may not be able to fulfill your order if the listed price on the website was incorrect. You will be notified that your order is being cancelled and your credit card will be refunded right away.

    From time to time we may run pricing or bundle specials. These prices are only valid during the promotion and may be changed at any time. If you no longer see an item listed that was on promotion please contact our sales team and they may be able to help you find the deal you were searching for.

  • Credit Card Statements

    All orders will appear on your credit card statement as American Health Inc., our parent company. American Health Inc. is headquartered in Panana City, Panama - the hub of international commerce and trade.
